Each Heron House community is staffed by industry professionals that are committed to the service and well being of each resident. As you will notice, we have integrated many positions specifically designed to support our residents and their individual needs.

Heron House Staff at Each Location Includes:
• Administrator – A registered nurse (RN/LPN) responsible for overall daily operations of the facility
• Nursing Staff – Manages resident health care needs
• Dietary Administrator – Manages resident meals
• Dining Staff – Responsible for all dining room needs
• Housekeeping Staff – Responsible for all resident housekeeping needs
• Resident Assistants (RA’s) – Responsible for resident service needs
• Life Enrichment Director – Plans and manages resident activities
• Marketing Staff – Responsible for promoting and maintaining full occupancy
• Resident Concierge – Assists residents with personal requests or needs
• Resident Driver – Drives residents to select appointments
